Shipping & Delivery Policy
FridayScout is a fully digital service. We do not ship physical goods, and there are no shipping charges. Everything we provide is delivered by email to the address you give us.
What we deliver and when
- Free sample (5 matches): emailed within 48 hours of your request.
- Weekly shortlists: emailed every Friday. Your first shortlist arrives on the first Friday after we receive your CV and intake form. If they reach us after Wednesday, it arrives the following Friday.
- Application packs: delivered within 5 working days of you choosing an opening from your shortlist and sending any extra details we ask for. Packs ordered with the 48-hour express add-on are delivered within 48 hours.
How delivery works
Shortlists arrive as an email. Application packs arrive as an email containing a secure download link, so you don’t get bulky attachments. Download links stay active for at least 30 days, and we can resend them on request.
If something is late or missing
- Check your spam or promotions folder, and add hello@fridayscout.com to your contacts.
- If a delivery is more than one working day late, email hello@fridayscout.com and we will resend it or tell you the new delivery time.
- If we can’t deliver something we promised, you are covered by our Refund Policy.
