We want you to pay only for help you actually get. This policy is written in plain English and applies to every payment made to FridayScout.
Founding cohort (₹3,999 / US$49, one-time)
The founding cohort covers 4 weeks of service: 4 weekly Friday shortlists and up to 3 tailored application packs.
- Full refund within 7 days. If you ask within 7 days of your payment and we have not yet delivered any application pack to you, we refund the full amount. Shortlists you have already received do not count against this.
- Pro-rata refund after that. If a pack has already been delivered, or more than 7 days have passed, we refund the unused weeks of your 4-week cohort on a pro-rata basis. For example, if you cancel after 1 of your 4 weeks, we refund 3/4 of what you paid.
- A week counts as used once its Friday shortlist has been sent to you.
- Once all 4 weeks have been delivered, the cohort is complete and no further refund is due.
Free sample
The free “5 matches” sample costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@fridayscout.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Refund”. You don’t need to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve. We reply within 2 working days.
When you get your money back
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the credit. Any fees charged by your own bank for currency conversion are outside our control.

If we launch other plans later, their refund terms will be listed on this page before you can buy them.
