Do you write my application for me?
We draft from your words. Your intake answers, CV and voice note become the raw material. We research the position, structure the documents and prepare a first draft. You edit it, make it yours and submit it yourself. The final application is yours, and you’re responsible for it.
Is using AI allowed?
It depends on the programme. Some allow help with grammar and structure, and some prohibit AI drafting of statements. We check each position’s rules where they’re published. If a programme bans AI-assisted writing, we’ll tell you, and for that application we provide only research notes, an outline and feedback on your own draft.
Will you log into application portals for me?
No. We never ask for or store passwords. We give you a pre-filled answer sheet to copy from, and on higher plans we can guide you live over screen share while you click.
Will you write my recommendation letters?
No. Letters must come from your referees. We can give you a short “brag sheet” summarising your work to share with them.
Will you email professors on my behalf?
No. We prepare the email, and you send it from your own inbox. That’s more honest, and it’s better for your reputation.
Can you guarantee an interview or admission?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We help you find more of the right openings and apply to them with better-prepared materials. Decisions belong to the universities.
Are you paid by universities?
No. We don’t take commissions, so we have no reason to push you toward any institution.
What happens to my data?
We use your documents only to deliver your service. They’re stored securely and shared only with the tools we need to run it, under no-training terms. They’re deleted on request or 6 months after your service ends. See the Privacy Notice.
Which fields and countries do you cover?
Applicants can be anywhere in the world. We shortlist funded PhD openings first, and funded master’s openings as well. You choose the countries you want to target.
